Hi there! Thank you for checking out my blog. I am a 27 year old student who tries earnestly to prioritize healthy living. After resisting for years, I have finally realized that exercise can be fun, and that I feel a million times better in every way when I eat (mostly) healthy, wholesome foods. I absolutely love to cook, and I enjoy finding new healthy recipes to try out.
When I started the blog, I was struggling to gain a love for running (hence the title), but two years later I still found it dreadful, so I have recently decided to take an indefinite hiatus. Someday I may try it out again, but for now I focus on walking, hiking, using the elliptical, and workout DVDs to get in my daily exercise.
I write about my triumphs and failures in my attempts at being as healthy as possible as well as my experience of being a non-traditional student (I’m working on my undergrad in Spanish and Linguistics) and being married.
