Note: I spent about a year as a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and while I’ve been back in omnivore-land for quite some time now, the time spent without meat influenced the way I eat today. I frequently make satisfying meals that are meatless. I will mark vegetarian dishes with a (v) to make it easier for herbivores to find dishes they can enjoy.
